RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Our products are not eligible for Return/Refund/Exchange unless you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item. Please ensure that you shoot a 360 degree Unboxing video while unwrapping the package as it is mandatorily to be submitted at the time of request for return , exchange or refund , if any)
WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please ensure you attach unboxing video and pictures of the product along with the original packaging. Email us at ellisandsage@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
IS AN UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED TO MAKE A CLAIM?
Yes, an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging is mandatory for any claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PACKAGE APPEARS TAMPERED OR DAMAGED
UPON DELIVERY
If the package appears “tampered with” or “visibly damaged” at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and report it immediately to us. Also do not share the OTP with delivery partner if you have refused to accept the package/delivery.

OTP Verification and Inspection Upon Delivery :
- Upon delivery, the courier will/may ask for a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- Product Inspection Before OTP: Customers are advised to first inspect the package and product carefully before providing the OTP.
- Please ensure that you shoot an 360° unboxing video while unwrapping the package.
- Ensure that the product is not damaged, tampered with, or compromised. If it is , then you have the right to REJECT the delivery.
- For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account in 7 working days.
